This ice cream place was super good . I need dairy free, and they had a Java Crumble made with coconut milk that was very delicious. I should have brought some home . It was very clean and the staff were very busy. They had a lot of flavors that looked very good. Thanks for a refreshing dish of ice cream this afternoon.

My daughter and I are visiting from Ohio. We had at The Watershed. We decided to get ice cream after. So glad we chose urban creamery. The employees were very nice; even gave my daughter and I a sample.

This was some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Dark soul was perfectly decadent and is definitely the best dark chocolate ice cream I’ve tasted. My husband said that the Cookie Monster ice cream (picture after he has eaten half of it) is his new favorite ice cream. Urban churn also has a good variety of dairy free ice cream. The staff was beyond friendly. We will definitely go back when we are in the area. 10/10 recommend

My bf & I came in & got a medium birthday cakes cone, a cup of cantaloupe ice cream, & the specialty birthday cake shake. The staff was super friendly & pleasant & the ice cream was delicious. The cantaloupe ice cream was vegan & there were several other vegan flavors. We will definitely be coming back

I love ice cream, but I’m also really picky when it comes to going out for it. For that reason, I’ve taken my time trying Urban Churn. What a mistake. This is honestly the best ice cream I’ve ever tried. The flavors are fantastic. I got a scoop of the brown butter cheesecake and a scoop of the earl grey lavender vanilla after trying samples of both. My boyfriend got the peanut butter and jelly milkshake. Everything was incredible. This will definitely be my new spot when I’m in the mood for ice cream. So excited to try more flavors!

This shop is a gem! Every staff member is always amazing and helpful. The flavors are amazing, you get some many quality options. They offer many dairy free and are allergy friendly if needed, which it's amazing for families with allergy concerns. The shop is lovely as well, you can sit and play games while you enjoy. Always clean, well stocked. You can even preorder some specialty flavors to keep at home (dangerous!!) but this is regular stop for us. The other week my son got a big milkshake and immediately dropped it as we got to the car (dark soul, what a mess!). We went back in for another but the Owner remembered us and made him another on the house. We always get fabulous customer service here and can't recommend this place enough!
